I was able to enroll in the program quickly. The process was streamlined very well, with strong effective communication ensuring that I had all the information needed to complete my application. I feel that I am receiving the best care for my health needs.
I was not made aware of the cost which was. $500 which was far too much for me! It seems highly unethical to sell something without stating the cost upfront. I would never have agreed to the assessment if I knew about the $500 charge. I should get my $45 assessment fee back!
