Product ordered 12/29/2025, according to UPS dormvibes created a shipping on 1/3/2026 label & hasn’t even shipped them yet so there’s nothing to track. I paid $124 CAD for 2 sets of ceiling lights. I have sent multiple emails & chats with no response from dormvibes. I also noticed responses from the owner are also quite hostile/passive aggressive in reviews on their website. Truly disrespectful and unprofessional & I would give 0 stars if possible. Could not recommend this business any less, absolute garbage customer service. I have now filed a dispute with my bank since no product has been received almost 2 months after ordering with absolutely zero updates from dormvibes.

I placed an order on 12/14/25, which promised 'Free 2-7 day shipping.' My card was charged that same day, and I received an order confirmation with a number. However, as of 1/4/26, I still have not received any shipping updates or tracking information. I've reached out via email several times without a response, and the customer service chat has been unhelpful.

Absolutely in love with my bed set!

I am absolutely in love with my bed set! It took about a week and a half to arrive, but I was informed that each one is made per order. It's exactly what I wanted and has transformed my room completely. The team was very helpful in guiding me through my choices and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and will definitely order again!

Customer service is missing

It's been nearly a month since I placed my order, and while that's not a huge issue, the lack of customer service is frustrating. I haven't received any return emails or updates. Even the chat feature on the site is unhelpful. It's like a customer service void. Please just respond to the emails.

Poor customer service and slow shipping
