In a little over two weeks I have noticed rise in sustained energy, I was having a large energy drink every day to get me through the day, cold turkey on the energy drinks and I’m not having the mid day crash. Also noticed my bowl movements are a lot more regular. After just a couple of drinks I’m not getting the heavy smell in the morning urine like I was. So far so good

I thought I had ordered a once off delivery of the Milk Thistle product. However, at checkout Uvora pre-check the subscription box. This approach is at odds with the views of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), who have labelled this type of practice as 'deceptive'. I requested cancellation of the subscription immediately after I saw a second payment coming off my account. I was promised in writing on 9 February that my subscription would be cancelled. I have now seen another payment coming off my account on 3 March. Uvora broke their promise to cancel a subscription I never selected in the first place. I am now $200 down and no closer to getting resolution.

As per your reply on my review about contacting you you have been sent 3 emails regarding this and the only reply was when I did this review so your company does not read email I guess that's just bad for your consumer bottom line dont auto refill on consumers causing them a hassle to block payment thru their bank !

Ordered Milk Thistle and arrived within 7 days to NZ. I have been taking for 25 days now, I do have more energy than prior and have lost 4kg in the same time period with absolutely no exercise, I did injure myself, so I mean no exercise. I will keep taking as brought 4 months' supply. I did not see an auto renew button when I was ordering, so uncheck when ordering if you don't want an auto renew. Uvora refunded me straight away when I emailed them that I was not aware of auto renewals.

I was sent a delivery of product last month which I have no record of ordering. I referred it to my credit card operator, who cancelled the payment and changed my credit card. Uvora have contacted me today by email stating that a further delivery is on its way, and are attempting to make a charge on my replacement card. I have contacted them and visited their website, but there seems to be no straightforward method of cancelling orders. AVOID.

Stay Away! I have only used the product for 3 weeks, so I can't remark on the effectiveness. However, this is not a company you want to do business with. Yes, the product comes from China and will take considerable time to get to you. Yes, they will send you another order and charge your account without permission. And no, they will not take responsibility or refund your account. The best part was the link that they claim shows I chose the subscription option. It was literally uploaded the day they charged my card and its not even in American dollars, but in British pounds. Classic. Do yourself a favor and do your homework! There are many milk thistle products available. Do NOT order yours from this company.

Potential scam and fraud

I ordered a 1 time deal for the milk Thistle. They are now claiming i signed up for a monthly subscription. I've tried multiple times to cancel through email. Their site says you can cancel by email or logging into your account. There is no way to log into an account and I never signed up for one. After the first order showed up 3 weeks from China, I noticed I was billed again. They are ignoring my cancelation request. Stay away from this company. Uvora dont even bother responding to this review. We all know you're not responding appropriately.
