I’m just curious as to why a month after having my chair the left side is completely indented and no longer comfortable to sit in…? Got this chair for Christmas. Cushion has totally lost its form on one side. Insane honestly. I’ve had $50 office chairs that last longer.

Delivery was quick, but support is lacking

I ordered my chair on January 7th, and it arrived in just 3 days, but the tilt mechanism was missing. I reached out to the support team the same day, and now it's January 15th with no updates on shipping the missing part that is essential for assembling the chair. I can't put it together without it, and I've received hardly one email a day for a chair that costs nearly $200. It's frustrating how quickly the product arrived yet the communication has been so slow.

Extremely disappointed with this service.

I would rate this service even lower if possible. Initially, I purchased the product with the expectation it would ship in a few days. Then, I received an email stating they were out of stock and offered alternatives. After selecting a different option, I was informed that was also unavailable. Attempts to get a refund have been futile. I've spent the entire morning trying to reach their so-called 24/7 support, which seems to be false. This service feels like a scam, and I've lost money along with a Christmas gift.

Not woth it

Late delivery, but I was still excited. I should have known better in this price range, you really get what you pay for. I've had this for 2 weeks now and the chair already squeaks with the slightest movement. When sitting down, it sounds like the chair is screaming for help... i'm 85kg's... just imagine if I were 100! Can’t believe I threw away my 10-year-old IKEA chair for this.It looks cool though, 2* for the view at my office.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I bought a chair only and it was really low quality and caused me backpain. When i wanted to return it they did not want to help me at all, after about a 10 mail long discussion they still talked about "hidden fees" that was not in the return policy and that i had to deliver it myself while it says clearly in their return policy that they will arrange door to door pickup with no extra charge. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They couldnt deliver a chair that holds longer than a year and refuse to give my money back. Then they started ghosting my support mails

Horrible.

Horrible. By far the worst chair I've ever sat in and even worse customer service, albeit near nonexistent customer service. I ordered one of their chairs and it arrived a few days later, however it was not at all what I was wanting and requested a refund. Despite their refund policy stating that they accept returns they're refusing to accept the chair back claiming "the process is complicated." I want my money back!

No contact with customer service when needed

Chair was easy to assamble with instructions, only I received a broken part which makes it impossible for my chair to go up or down. I've already tried contacting support twice but getting no response over 20 days. There's also no way to call or live chat.
