I have just spent the last half hour tracking down my parcel from Dunne stores which was supposedly delivered to me! In the rain I eventually tracked it down to a neighbour's lodgers apartment threw over a gate behind a wheelie bin! Why put your eircode on something if the driver couldn't care less. Parcel soaking wet!!!! Not happy at all!!!!
Order not delivered but received delivery email showing an empty parcel in the back of their van at the depot location.No phone number to contact customer service talk to an agent online to be told contact the sender.Awful customer service! I find it hard to believe that they accepted an empty open package for a delivery and now my son won’t have his birthday present on time as as neither company take responsibility.
