Lee was our Digital Marketing Account Manager. We struggled with our Google Ads Verification, after running ads for 3 years google paused our account and we found it impossible to get verified. Lee got this resolved sharply with his access to google and other resources. We are very happy with the service we received and can now work in peace knowing our google ads account is being managed and run by a professional.
Good pricing and happy with service DPOMs pricing is quite reasonable but you should make sure you read their website and understand the different levels of service. I initially went for the cheapest plan called starter but this doesn’t include any phone calls or an account manager so I took the plunge and went for their more expensive lite service. I will be honest and say when you sign up, it is a little annoying as they email me several times in the first week telling me that I should expect things to take time, there are no guarantees etc etc etc. I understand why they need to do this (given some of the reviews here) so I do get it, but for those of us that are level headed, of course advertising takes time, I don’t really need to be told 4 times in a week when I sign up! But, in honesty things worked quicker than I expected and they got the ads for my small accountancy firm running within about 2 weeks. About a month later we started getting calls , enough calls that the ads for us, were already profitable. So I can’t really complain too much, in this day and age I get you have to manage customer expectations but I do think they go a bit far by telling me what I should expect several times over - but they do deliver and I am very happy.Ok
Wow! Wow! Wow! Warning! Definitely do not place your business here, I did a 3 month trial, letting them loose on my google account witch has been running for over 15 years, I went from slow steady stream of inquiries to Zero, excuse given, we need to gather Data, I went for a superior package so as to have direct access to my account manager, and explained i may need frequent calls to ensure i have the right company overseeing my company campaign, which was agreed by LEE HARROP, Who talks a good game,but after just a few calls, made constant excuses for errors on my account, not adding vital key words, and not monitoring the activity on the account.Finally! after 3 months of pain and a decrease in business, i decided to pull the plug, which is not as easy as you think, they will tie you up in Ts & Cs £2.5K DOWN THE DRAIN! BEWARE! Wait for the excuses on this one!!!!
Lee at DPOM has always helped me when I have called upon assistance, fantastic service and offers great useful advise when you need it. They are not interested in just taking your money as they could. Instead they advise on the best way forward always
AVOID! Have a look at the other 1 star reviews as well as on Google. I went from getting lots of orders to virtually none. I am not sure they know what they are doing. They only made changes to the account when I complained.Customer service is truely appalling, they hide behind an external call answering service. Dont return calls, don't answer emails. I am shocked people run companies like this. PLEASE think carefully before signing up. Their contracts are written totally in their favour.
