Review Time
There’s plenty of agencies out there let’s face it but not many that are just honest. I’ve used Google Ads for years and honestly, i change agency periodically as I’ve often found their service degrades. Not with DPOM however, they’ve been consistent from the start.Any marketing takes time and they explain it can take them 3 months or longer to give results which is fine, real businesses know this and frankly, your marketing can only be as good as your business - it doesn’t compensate for a shoddy service or a business that isn’t viable.And this is why I suspect Dpom really labour the point about what to expect - and they’re right. I’d never have signed up if they’d offer quick wins or promises they clearly can’t keep - lots do and these should be avoided.So if you’re looking for a real agency that gives you correct and honest advice then I’d advise signing up with DPOM
Was recommended by a friend to try DPOM for their Google Ads service.Took their Starter package which costs about £100. It’s quite a basic service in that I don’t get phone calls with them and have to email so I was a little skeptical but since I only have a £300 budget for google it didn’t make much sense spending more on one of their other packages so in that sense, I think the service level is fair.Used them for about 6 months and although this package doesn’t include a dedicated account manager I usually speak to the same chap (Patrick) when I email in who is really helpful.In that time I’ve seen a steady increase in calls so for the price, I think it’s a very reasonable service.If I decide to spend more I wouldn’t hesitate to upgrade but we will see what the coming months bring.
stumbled across Dpom when visiting a neighbouring business to them and I’m so glad I did! My bookings are through the roof to the point I’ve had to lower my ads budget as I’m booked upIt took a couple months to really gather pace and I very nearly cancelled but glad I didn’t - 4 months in now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve madeI am on their lite package which seems to give me the service I need and once I get some more staff I’ll be upgrading to their pro package as long as this all continuesNice guys too
I spend around 5000 per month and am subscribed to DPOMs Elite package. Since signing up I’ve seen my CPA go down and my conversions increase without spending a penny more. I am completely satisfied with DPOM and I’d highly recommend them for anyone starting with Google Ads (it takes time!) or an established advertiser like myself.Great team
This company really does exceed where others don't, for instance as a roofer in this current climate customers can be challenging, marketing companies can be challenging but literally from the get go camilla and dpom team have made the pressures of marketing strategies exciting to work with, take it from me there are so many who promise but very few who deliver. This company really have delivered so thought it was only fair I add my 10 peneth worth in and felt obliged to write another.
