Terrible customer service. A truly awful experience. We have double our outgoings with Google Ads but have lost our consistent contacts of 2 to 3 a day.Instead they have dropped to 2 to 3 a month. Dpom stated clearly on their website that (on the package we signed up for) not than X amount would be billed on Google Ads.Without discussion or our consent, Dpom doubled this figure in Google Ads. I'm sure that there are great companies out there, who can really help with Google Marketing. But Dpom certainly isn't one of them.EDIT TO ADD A RESPONSE TO DPOM'S COMPLETELY FICTITIOUS REPLY! You DOUBLED our monthly to over £1000! If we could upload a screenshot here, we would. We contacted you telling you that you were bankrupting us because ALL contacts had ceased. You're disappointed?? Not even a fraction as disappointed as we are in Dpom!!If only you cared as much about customer support and customer revenue as you do about HONEST feedback.If only you responded to customer emails as quickly as you have responded to this review. If only an ounce of effort had been put in to helping us. Rather than taking payment each month and doing very little else!!!Got a business you cherish and have spent 7 years building up from nothing?Then PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DPOM!
As a business owner operating in both the UK and USA, I've had the opportunity to work with DPOM for Google Ads management. We had such high hopes when we signed up with DPOM. Gave it 3 months, over £1800 spent on campaign and DPOM, not a single sale on our site. Because we were on one of their lower packages, they don't speak to us, they sent reports but not much use.
Prior to working with DPOM, our business had worked with 3 other Digital Marketing Consultancies over a 10-year period. Outcomes were always disappointing, and it was with some world weariness that I thought we would give DPOM a try. As we approach our fourth year working together, I can say it has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made. Brett has been my main P.O.C. and he took the time to really understand the unique challenges of our business model rather than try to impose a cookie-cutter approach to our Google PPC. Without exception I have found him approachable, very quick to respond (literally within minutes!) and his team at DPOM have come up with some great initiatives which have kept our CPA down. Reassuringly working with a Google Premier Partner who have earned this status ensures we don't fall foul of any Google Advertising rules and stay ahead of our competitors when Google launches new initiatives. Working with DPOM has delivered us a constant top 3 Ad position at a cost that delivers us the required margins. Having proved themselves with Google PPC management, I contracted them to assist with our SEO and social media and have enjoyed the same service and great results. I would 100% recommend DPOM for a professional, friendly, result achieving Digital Marketing partner.

DPOM have been on our account for 6 months now and run a few campaigns for us which are performing well. Our account manager Camilla is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me something that I wasn't aware of. Bounce rate on GA is a useless stat, as it's based on a visitor not clicking through to another page on your site. If your page has the right information on it, then there's no need for someone to go to another page. With GA4, this problem is fixed.
It’s early days (about 3 months in) and true to their word results are starting to pick up. They aren’t where I’d like them to be just yet but i understand it takes time but to be fair, it’s a very good start and they’ve been very honest, open and responsive.I will update this review in a few months with an update, hopefully the good results continue!
