Hired DPOM (DP Online Marketing) for Google Ads management for my physiotherapy clinic on a 6-month

Hired DPOM (DP Online Marketing) for Google Ads management for my physiotherapy clinic on a 6-month commitment package. While some work was carried out — keyword refinements, ad copy updates — the overall results were disappointing. The campaign ran for over two months without conversion tracking, which I had to set up myself. When I raised this, I was told that under their contract (Clause 5.2), conversion tracking is the customer's responsibility — not the agency's. This surprised me, as I was paying for what I thought was a fully managed service.
Emails raising performance concerns went unanswered for weeks. I ended up personally making significant improvements to the account that I was paying a professional agency to handle. When I cancelled, the portal showed April as my last payment, but I was told I still had to pay for two more months under the commitment. Under DPOM's terms, the commitment is binding regardless of service quality, and no refunds are offered.
If you are a small business considering DPOM, read the contract very carefully — especially the clauses on conversion tracking responsibility and cancellation. Ask exactly what "managed service" includes. The discount on commitment plans comes at the cost of flexibility if the service does not meet your expectations.

Amazing service from Dpom for my google…

Amazing service from Dpom for my google ads. I own a couple of holiday homes in Brittany, France and wanted to target more UK holidayers who want to self-drive to France for vacation. The ads campaign, although low budget has worked really well and we're getting bookings that we can directly attribute to Google ads.

This company harasses you with spam email, called up and spoke to Lee, he said he would stop that spam, still going, I have now reported this to an ICO company and if it carries on I’ll be suing for harassment

We have not had a good experience with…

We have not had a good experience with this company but in retrospect what do you expect when they charge £295.00 per month, a failed experiment for us. We thought they utilised technology to automate some of the PPC management and pass on the benefit to their customers but still get the insight of an experienced person but this does not seem to be case. What they are good at is signing up customers and having an automated cancellation and collections process. In our experience they are not good at looking after your PPC - the performance on our account dropped significantly compared to when we managed it ourselves and we had to contact our account manager twice just to ask him to have a look and try and reverse the performance. They also only made 23 changes over a 90 day period which does not feel like value for money even if only £295.00 per month. When we fed this back and explained we were cancelling the agreement the reply justifying the performance was astonishing. If you are a small company dipping you toe into the PPC world for the first time on a small budget then DPOM could be a cost effective solution. If you have a larger budget then I would look for a different solution - you get what you pay for.UPDATEThanks for the reply which is exactly the same as the reply you gave before. It reflects how little time you spent understanding our business and seasonality - the period you are comparing is not a reflection of you work. To put into context the period from 1/1/25 to 12/3/25 when we were running our campaigns compared to the same period this year when you were - the CPA doubled and the number of conversions fell by 20%.
