Review Time
I've using with DPOM for my SEO for the last 6 months after being frustrated with using a freelancer that vanished off the face of the planet. Pleased to say that my website is now ranking very well for search terms that are actually relevant to my business.
DPOM have been managing my Google Ads and SEO for around 6 months now after a bit of a horror show from the last agency. Pleased to say my conversion cost has lowered by 30 percent. SEO has been a little slower, but seeing improvements.
Lee and Camilla have been amazing and have helped my Google Ads get more sales.I originally approached Dpom late last year and found the experience hassle free. They initially got access to my Google ads account and did an audit to show me where my campaigns were suffering before then explaining what they can do to fix it and how long it will take - all on my very first call with them.We then discussed how long it will take and what the next steps were and I found it reassuring how open and honest they both were.A few days after i signed the agreement and their pro package and they then got in touch an arranged an onboarding call which explained what id signed up and what the next steps were in more detail.Following this I let them get on with it and had a meeting about a month later and sure enough results were starting to show themselves. I found the meeting helpful and a good opportunity to share ideas and make sure we were all on the same page.A few months on we have good communication, progress is being made and I have absolutely no complaints.
Thanks DPOM. My Google ads account was running at 300 ROAS. After 4 months it’s nudging around 650 percent. Lee Harrop was honest from the get go and explained it would take some time to get back on track after Google destroyed my account. I’m glad I reached out and give DPOM a go. Cheers guys.

Edit wrote 2025: Its been a year, and had forgotten about this review, i hope their service is better now, but since a year has passed, DPOM is attempting, again, to get Trustpilot to remove my review due to them, this time, calling into question my authenticity as a customer, lucky i have all the emails. BE aware of these guys, because they are attempting to remove my negative review, this helps them to get more customers, if you ask me that is highly unethical, isnt that the point of trustpilot? Their accounts team are rude, along with their incapable ads staff which i had the brief but unpleasant experience of having to deal with. Your experience may differ. Good Luck!Edit Wrote: 2024 I have since been approached by DPOM in the attempt to silence my review after i gave notice of cancellation by offering to squash my existing and the final months bills, which i have refused. My review still stands. Beware. Original review: Great staff on the phones to fish you in, but not good at holding onto the customer and ensuring a good service once they have you.Once you sign the contract you will be paying a rolling fee, regardless of how long it takes to set your campaign up properly, all the while blaming the customer for the lack of results.Do not select the basic package as the feedback, communication and service are lacking and time to respond to queries takes days, these areas are to be greatly improved. There are so many options, go elsewhere.
DPOM and in particular, Camilla, really have gone over and above to assist with Google Ads management for my real estate business. I had an extremely limited knowledge of the process and the benefits but Camilla went to great lengths to ensure my campaign was tailored perfectly to our needs. Being so ‘green’ in this area meant one to one communication and full hands on management were essential for me and these guys were faultless. Highly recommend!
DPOM Has been nothing short of fantastic in all aspects of the meaning. From service to communication, they are quick and easy to get in touch with. In addition to this Lee H has been our account manager in the time we have used DPOM, he has always been very knowledgable and his ability has definitely shined brighter than other Google Ads experts.
