Came across Dpom having had some nightmare experiences with marketeers who have ran. Disastrous campaigns. Been dealing with Lee and he got the campaigns up and running very quickly. What I like about him is his approach to restrict needless spend and he’s put together a modest campaign with emphasis of gathering data and generating traffic for my niche industry. He’s also set up a further campaign and been very consultative and again suggested things in my best interest. This way of working for me is ideal as I’m happy to run campaigns providing good levels of traction, generating real intent to book without being stung by google. Very happy with what’s been done so far and will see what this brings. Very happy with the ads and very happy with the responsiveness of service.

DPOM have stepped into a pig's ear of a Google Ads setup and given it a complete makeover. The speed of action taken, always available to discuss and willing to take on changes or new campaigns, sets them out as a premier ad agency. Rebecca is polite and professional but more importantly, has laser-sharp attention to detail explaining changes and presenting changes in a way that makes it easy, even for a novice to understand. Their monthly rate is very reasonable and overall I cannot fault them. I'd recommend to any SME looking to get their ad account organised and fit for focused spend.

Brilliant service from DPOM and…

Brilliant service from DPOM and specifically our account manager Lee. We got in touch with them towards the end of 2021 after a pretty dreadful experience with a previous marketing company. We were cautious, as we hadn't had very positive experiences in the past but Lee was extremely attentive and helpful during our initial meetings so we decided to go ahead. We are so happy we did, in the next three months, Lee worked with us to tailor our marketing, going above and beyond to help us, and the results have been fantastic. With very reasonable prices, and great service Lee and DPOM have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been running my own CPC…

I have been running my own CPC campaigns for some years but limited timescales, increased competition and the increased technical competence needed for their up-keep... meant it had become more and more difficult for me to sustain a viable cost-per-conversion.I’m happy to say that I decided to look for a managed CPC service and my search led me to Lee from DPOM. Unlike my normal internet search behaviour, I decided to concentrate only on companies found through ‘paid-search’ as this was specifically the service I was trying to fulfil. After several conversations with Lee, we drew up a contract and in under three months we have seen our conversions volumes maintained but our CPC spend is now running at just 64% of our previous budget.If we can now maintain our current cost per acquisition, the plan is continue to grow the business through increased lead volumes.All-in-all… I’m a very happy customer.
