Things my second time being a client with Dpom, the first time I was tempted away by another agency repeatedly calling and telling me they can improve my account. 3 months later they trashed my campaigns so I called DPOM back in the hope they can helpI signed up within the day and 3 days later everything was running back to normal - a huge relief! If they hadn’t rescued my Google Ads the business impact could have been substantial I won’t be leaving Dpom again, highly recommended
The good:The team was generally friendly to deal with, albeit somewhat corporate in tone.Results were OK. I got some enquiries, but I broke even / even + a few hundred pounds. Certainly nothing to write home about.The bad:Response times were inconsistent—sometimes slow, with some emails going "missing."The terms and conditions are 32 pages long and heavily weighted in their favour. I wish I had trusted my gut and not signed up—they make cancellation, not difficult, but certainly inconvenient.I received no reports during my time with them, until asking during my last communication with them. The report was not explained to me, so was next to useless.I paid extra for 1 on 1 meetings, but these hour long meetings were a 20 minute phone call.Despite being told that conversions were absolutely the most important focus, conversion tracking was still not set up after 3 months.I made 5 payments between November 20 and 21 February (3 months), which means they charge you an additional month at both the start and end of the contract.
Lee has delivered results that other agencies told us were impossible. His expertise and dedication to our Google Ads campaigns have made a significant impact. We’re really happy with what we’ve achieved so far and excited for future projects! Highly recommend his work!

Lee has been unbelievable from the get go! I came into this with pretty low expectations, as I haven't had the best results with Google Ads in the past. Lee set realistic expectations, explaining what he thought was possible while also being honest that sometimes the product or pricing can be the issue. From the get-go, he was upfront and didn’t promise the world, which I really appreciated.Lee took over my account in December—typically a slow month for my business (timber sales). Despite this, we started seeing steady improvements month by month. Now, in March, less than three months in, I’ve already broken my biggest monthly revenue record from last year!
