I ordered a sneakers which gone on sale 1 day after my refund eligibility have been passed. As I did not wear them at all, I emailed them about the issue and the answer was we cannot help you with it. I would expect more empathy and understanding because I am supported with many other portals in such a cases. That is why I am not satisfied with my transaction.
First, I’d like to say this is my first time ordering through this website and I’ve had a terrible experience so far. I placed the order on Thursday night and received an email at 6 am the next morning confirming it was from my account. I sent evidence to prove it and called the office on Friday morning to confirm they’d received it. They told me my jacket was being posted that day at 3 pm.At 3 pm, I called again to ask for tracking information and was told the jacket wasn’t in stock. They offered an alternative but I wasn’t informed until I called. I spoke to the director and he said Sed wanted a refund or a replacement. I had to send a replacement by 5 pm.I then received tracking information that said the jacket was being posted but it was just at the office and I’d get it Monday morning. I called today to ask where my tracking was because it was DPD. It showed it was at the office. I was expecting it today as advised last week, so I ran up at 2 pm. I was told the DPD would collect it between 2 and 4 pm. I called again at 3 pm and spoke to a guy who said DPD could come between 2 and 4 pm. I was given a pass to pass and told to contact the faults information service, which was very shocking.I won’t be ordering off this website again. I just hope I get my jacket tomorrow, which I paid £600 for.
