If zero stars were an option, I would select that. This company is a scam. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and the only way to contact them is through messaging—no phone number available. Their AI chat responses ignored my concerns, forcing me to seek a refund through my payment provider. It's a frustrating experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
The website claims to be Canadian! After paying for premium shipping, I was surprised to find out I owed duties and that my package was being held. I spent $40 plus an additional $30 in duties, which is more than the item itself! Nowhere on the site does it mention this.
Bought a memorial LED candle for my cat’s passing. Description of it was that the light could be adjusted to multiple colours when in reality it was just one colour with a simple on-off switch. Approached Drawelry and instead of offering a solution they merely said that’s the way it is. Also the product appears to be very flimsily made for $32, like something one can pick up at the junk store. This is dishonest selling of products with misleading description and bad customer service. Shall not trade again.
