Website claims 5-12 days to be shipped out, has now been over a month and it has not been shipped. Needed to give this as a Christmas gift and now it’s too late to sort anything else. Terrible customer service, as they can’t even give me and idea when it will be shipped. Would not recommend!
If I could give a negative star, I would. A month after ordering my items, had not arrived. Two standard reply emails were sent to me when asking where my order was. I asked for a refund and I was told they would keep 70% of the cost of my order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. First and definitely the last time I will purchase from Drawelry. I'm so angry, I've wasted my time and money. Its not hard to take orders, fulfill orders.
