I had bought a domain and wanted to add A record in the domain as like *.domainname.com ABut they said they said they have a policy that does not allow A record as *. in A records in the domain which is useless and a waste of time they seems to have limitations as a domain registers i am also complaining to Internic authority

Cannot recommend Dreamscape at all

Cannot recommend Dreamscape at all. Ive been a reseller with dreamscape for a long time now. the API was great at first but as i got upto around the 450/500 domain mark eveything started to colapse. ive actually lost 1 domain due to this as the API instructed my WHMCS that it had expired so my client was never invoiced. around 1 year later i had the same issue but then after a very long battle they paid for the redeption fee. im currently fighting this again for a 3rd customer but this time i was forced to paid the remeption fee first so i could do best by my customer who was offline for over 1 week.customer support is utterly terrible im UK based and can rarely get anyone helpful within my business hours in the UK

We appreciate your time and patience.Thank you,Dreamscape Networks Team____24 - 72 hours for resolution FFS - absolute rubbish my other overseas hosters resolve issues with 12 hours.So sad those good NZ based companies were bought out by this crap company.Use someone else to host your site these are definitely not NZ based.
