Frustrated with my order

This is the second time I've received a damaged item. My recent order arrived in poor condition, shipped only in a bubble sleeve with no box or extra protection, resulting in scuffs and scratches. I intended to gift it, but it's not presentable. Earlier this year, I faced a similar issue with another order. The products may look great online, but the real-life quality has been disappointing. I won't be ordering again.

Disappointing experience

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I ordered a cardigan and received an empty package. I've never encountered this before. When I contacted customer service, they blamed me and refused to refund or resend my order, implying I was lying about receiving an empty package. This treatment is unacceptable. I will not return.

Extremely unprofessional service

I ordered a coat during a sale, only to be told it was out of stock and that I'd be refunded. For a premium brand, this lack of stock management is unacceptable. Customer service suggested I buy a lesser-quality coat for a much higher price, which felt ridiculous given my original purchase. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I cannot recommend shopping here.
