They emailed saying their return policy does not accept returns if the package has been opened. How else was I supposed to try it to see if it works. Then they said they only give back 20% of the purchase price. That’s not acceptable as their advertising was misleading. What got is like toy that does nothing it is supposed to do. I have emailed them a number of times saying I will accept 60% of the purchase price without sending it back as it has been opened and they won’t accept it and also it will cost $30 to return it.
Disgusted by this company!THEY ARE NOT AN AUSTRALIAN BRAND!! Their products are from China, the quality is terrible - probably the worst quality product I have ever purchased. Definitely does not meet Australian standards. I tried to get a refund but they have a bot replying to messages & you just continue going round and round in circles with a bot.
They advertise "money back guarantee" but play games with you until you give up. Also the slippers are not good quality. My foot slips out. Never got my refund. I should have read the reviews here first instead of reading the fake website reviews.
This company took my$$ and never even bothered to send a confirmation email. No record except from the screenshot I took after purchase and I’m kicking myself for not checking here first. Absolute robbers.
I ordered 2 goose down pillows for $180. Totally fooled by absolutely fabulous (fake) reviews. The parcel arrived damaged, when I got the pillows out of the bag one of the pillows had 3 small slits through it. I contacted the supplier and email saga started! Numerous emails offering 15% discount and telling me I had to send the parcel back to China if I insisted on returning! The parcel was sent from Chullora in Sydney btw. They also stated if I don’t return I would save the environment! When they eventually sent me the return form, I can only send it to China. I decided to pack the pillows back into the original packaging. It was impossible to roll the pillows into a small parcel. Then I thought my down sleeping bag can be rolled into a small satchel and realised the fill in the pillows can’t be down. In the meantime as I trying to roll the cut pillow there were fine plastic fibres coming out of the slits. A total shock to me, they sold me pillows with plastic fibres in them, a horrible stuff because it would be inhaled and a horrible stuff for the environment!!!I am not going to pay $100 to send it somewhere in China, I would never use it and I can’t throw it out because this kind of plastic is a severe pollution. I lost money, time and have been left with items that are toxic to the environment.I was to believe I was dealing with an Australian company! No, they have no address in this country. As 7.30 report on ABC stated last night - Ghost shops on the internet who rip people off mercilessly. Btw, I would give not even 1 star! These fraudsters belong in jail.
Dreamsleep Australia advertises “luxury goose down” pillows but delivers cheap, flat polyester junk, folded and stuffed tightly into a mailing bag. I paid $179 for garbage you could get at Kmart for under $20.When I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law, Dreamsleep refused to provide a valid return address or cover return shipping (which they are legally required to do for misdescribed goods) and I’ve seen several reviews of people paying $80 to send pillows back to an address in China and still not getting refunds! Their replies were evasive, circular, and dishonest - They are blatantly breaking the law and will hopefully be shutdown soon enough.This company is not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Received the sheet set for a king-sized bed ok but the 'fitted' sheet is more circus tent size. Immediately sent photos to show it's clearly way too large and cannot be used a sheet. Customer service offered discounts on more purchases (as if) instead of a full refund or supply of a new and correctly sized sheet and now 19 emails and a month later they're refusing to accept the sheet is defective and won't issue a refund as they insist they sent the correctly sized sheet. Unbelievable.
Ordered the back massager for my Mum. tried it and vibrated for a few seconds then stopped. The heat setting was slightly warm. Instructions were written in Chinese!!! Contacted them straight away and they asked me to send a video. It took weeks for them to get back to me. I asked for a full refund and they ignored me and sent another. The 2nd one worked for about 6 months and then died. Cheap crap from China that is faulty. Don't buy this, not worth $120
