Order Issues and Lack of Response

I placed my order, and after a while, they informed me that it hadn’t been sent and asked if I wanted a refund. I declined and requested that they urgently dispatch my order, as it was intended for my coworkers for Christmas. Since then, I’ve sent at least five emails without any response. They have a phone number listed on their website, but it's a WhatsApp number and there's been no reply. Honestly, this service should be banned in the USA.

Order placed but delivery was inefficient; still awaiting my items

I placed an order and after some time, I was informed that it hadn't been dispatched. I requested urgent shipping as the items were intended for my colleagues for a holiday event. Since then, I've sent multiple emails but have received no response. The contact number listed is a WhatsApp number, which has also gone unanswered. Honestly, this company should be banned in the USA.

Received items in poor condition; they shifted the blame to me

I ordered a perishable item and opted for refrigerated shipping as advised. It arrived at room temperature, which is unacceptable. I filed a claim shortly after delivery, but due to time zone differences, they blamed me for the delay. After some back and forth, they offered store credit instead of a refund and did not reimburse the shipping costs. Completely unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend them due to their inadequate customer service.

Service quality has declined significantly

They previously offered excellent service with prompt delivery of well-packaged items. However, my last two orders have encountered issues. The first was lost in transit, and they promised to resend it with my next order. The latest order arrived partially delivered, with damaged boxes and items that were not even part of my purchase. The care in packaging has noticeably declined, and I have lost faith in their reliability.

Fraudulent company

This is the worst company I have encountered. They took my money, failed to send the items, and then refused to issue a refund. It's a fraudulent operation. Avoid using them as there are much better options available.
