Order and refund never received

I never received my order or a refund from 2023. I was given misleading information about shipping times in response to my initial inquiries. After a year, they stopped replying altogether. Now, I receive advertising emails but no responses regarding my order. I certainly wouldn't recommend engaging with this company.
