I adore the items I've purchased! They match the photos perfectly. I've always been a fan of the baggy streetwear style but found it challenging to find clothes that fit well without being excessively large. The pieces fit baggy while maintaining the ideal cropped proportion, which I appreciate. Their designs are incredibly cute and unique, and I value the meaning behind their brand. I would have rated it 5 stars, but despite loving their jeans, being on the shorter side (5'1”) means I always need to have them tailored.

I placed an order in November but did not receive any email confirmation. As a result, I am unable to track my order since I lack an order number. I have attempted to reach out via email and inquiries, but none have been successful. I spent a significant amount of money and have nothing to show for it. Please contact me as soon as possible, as I will have a very disappointed child at Christmas.
A key suggestion for improvement is to extend the return/exchange period, especially during the holiday season and for international customers. It is nearly impossible to meet the return/exchange deadline while living in the USA. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide a phone number for customer communication to enhance efficiency. Emailing can slow down the return/exchange process and often takes 12-24 hours for a response.
While visiting a city, I found a new retail store and met the Owner/Designer. The staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere was modern and positive with great music and interior design. It's worth a visit! Since then, I've ordered three pieces that I absolutely adore and feel confident wearing at my age. The design style and fabric feel are incredible, even with the screen-printed details on my new jacket! People often compliment my new outfits. I appreciate the membership benefits, including discounts and notifications about sales. My orders have always arrived on time.
