It went well since the start when Ozlem contacted me explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and maintained contact all the way through treatment and post treatment ozlem made me feel very welcome and is always positive and reachable at any time. Nursena was the dentist who did my preparation and procedure and I would like to say a big thank you she did everything perfect i cannot find one fault she was so caring and attentive and was constantly checking I was good even after it was complete she made sure I was seen before I went bk to the uk jus to make sure everything was safe and I was happy with the work. I came for 5 implants.Everything went very well. Dr Pilus team is great, staring from Ozlem who was my mentor, Hassan my translator, the dentists and surgeon were very good and professional.The Hotel is clean and excellent variety of food for breakfast. The only downside was that my room smells like cigarettes.This was my first visit and experience to Istanbul for my treatment and l am due to come back in May for my second treatment. I cannot wait to come back as l now know what to expect. I was very anxious at first but got quickly reassured.I really recommend Dr Pilus for anyone who wants to do their teeth.

Had the best experience! I was first introduced to Beyza online and she guided me through everything including the consultation before I arrived, I had a full detailed plan out and had everything arranged on arrival. Everyone and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My dentist Dr. Sezer Özdem was very reassuring and quite funny. Im extremely happy with my results. I don’t even recognise my smile I keep looking in the mirror haha
I had my nose surgery done in January 2025. I am happy with my nose, but the stay in the hospital was a nightmare. The offer was supposed to be a 24-hour translator, but no one in the hospital spoke English and the nurses were very unfriendly. On the day of my discharge, the dressing was to be removed and I was supposed to have a consultation with a doctor after the surgery. The doctor was late and they were looking for someone in a panic to remove the dressing so that I would be able to catch my flight, this doctor also did not speak English. On the day you pay, they will no longer be interested in you as at the beginning. The stitches on the outside of the nose were supposed to spread after 1.5 months and nothing like that happened, I had to go to my doctor to remove the stitches.
