I have read some of the one star reports and they are so false it’s crazy.. I flew in from Canada was very happy with the hotel extremely clean, even the staff was kind warm and friendly. I am a single mom with a five year who came with me stayed in the hotel with my adult daughter. I was picked up, met by a gracious driver .. welcomed by a sweet translator BEYZA, who walked me through everything and stayed by my side most of the time. (Except for my procedure).. I wanted to see the country and stayed in a hotel farther away and they picked my family and myself up from a different hotel and brought us to the airport regardless of where we were staying. As far as the procedure went.. I wanted an implant where my jaw is not strong enough to handle the implant and the dentist said that I had a cyst in there and that it was decaying my jaw and in Canada they were gonna put an implant in that and this dentist said absolutely not. I will not risk your health and he put a bridge there in its place. I had another implant above that is strong and beautiful and fantastic and I am now going back for another procedure of veneers because this doctor is fantastic kind patient sweet and an excellent surgeon. Whom so ever, is saying those nasty things is simply trying to get a refund or some sort of a rebate. There’s no way anything she said is true.
Esan drp was absolutely fantastic with being my interpreter I didn’t have a clue no o e understand me but I was given Esan to translate and you no I am so made up he was absolutely amazing helped me with everything and sat with me all days I needed treatment if anyone is thinking of getting teeth done don’t be scared your not xx lone this guy is the one I’m English and was do scared to come here on my own but having Esan actually helped me much respect to him
I did start with Tugay, I'm waiting for my next trip to finish my traitement. I really recommend you the transport the hotel including breakfast was so good that I recommend you, you will be satisfied and money so cheap compared to author and the people's here so kind.
I have not long had cosmetic surgery through Dr Pilus. I am already amazed with my results. My surgeon IIker Cicek is amazing at what he does, providing wow results. He is a professional caring gentleman that made me feel at ease before and after the surgery. He even visited me twice before I was to return home. I had two nurses that visited me every day at my hotel, they were called Rukiye and Gizem and again both were so caring and patient with me when they changed my dressings. I am so so happy with my results already. My coordinator was Beyza and she made me feel at ease and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or worries I had. Hotel was a 5 star hotel, I didn’t want to go home after! The hospital was modern and clean and the staff there provide the best care to get you back on your feet. I’ve had the best experience here and if you are thinking of getting work done, then message Dr Pilus, the whole process was stress free and easy! One very happy client!
Hi.. My name is Mihaela Mirzan. I want to thell to evoid this clinic.. I was doing mastopexy in 04.08.2025..At least the doctor did not come to see how I am. I ask the nurse so many times.. Nobady was interested to reply. After they take the money all disappeared. Shame on you Dr Pilus... If în future I will do another operation I will evoid this clinic. All was to take the money. My son wait for me from 09.35until almost 14.clock to arrive from operations room.. Was a very bad experience. Sorry to said that but you can t cut someone body and no come to see the patient. 😔😔😔If was some complications who respond? I know we sign documents we are responsible but was included private consult with doctor.. Which I don t have.. Very disappointing experience.
Hi last year on 4 march it was the first surgery Huseyn Karabulut did it and was something bad he say to me after 1 year we can do the revision i have 2 weeks from revision and is something bad he told me will fix my nostrils and help me breath good and he did nothing i waste time money im very very disapointed his assistant told me im not his pacient but I have pics video with the doctor and papers for airport from Huseyn Karabulut and they treat me very bad now the doctor is just for money not for help people he told me will fix but
Avoid this dental clinic at all costs. It is the number one scam clinic in Istanbul.They do not stick to the agreed treatment plan or prices. Instead, the cost increases at every visit. On top of that, they charge extra “card payment fees” of 5–20% on every payment, which is a clear scam.They also perform unnecessary procedures, such as root canals or tooth extractions on healthy teeth, and they remove healthy teeth very easily just to make the patient pay more.The clinic installs implants that do not meet any regulations, and they refuse to disclose which implant brands they use—or they outright lie about it. This means you may have something completely different in your mouth than what they claim.As a result of their work, I developed a serious infection, which had to be treated for a long time back home by a dentist, including medication.The crowns are extremely poor quality, badly cemented, and they come loose. Just six months after my visit, I had to redo the entire treatment—full-mouth crowns and a bridge—in Europe.The translators lie to customers about prices and are highly dishonest.The dentist showed me photos of other patients, including their names and personal details, and even talked about some patients being drug users or prostitutes, which is a serious violation of privacy.The receptionist is rude and yells at patients, threatening to stop treatment if payment is not made.The clinic itself is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke, and even the drivers smoke inside the car.In the end, my treatment cost more than it would have in any European country, and the quality was shockingly bad.Edit.
