Personally I regret adding my personal details to their company when interested in buying something from them. In the end I didn’t make a purchase but I am plagued with texts and emails from Druids Golf without a way to block or unsubscribe. Spammers!!
TERRIBLE - DO NOT SHOP HEREawful customer service from this company - sent the wrong clothes to what was ordered and then when i wanted to return just offered me 10% off next purchase... WHAT THE HELL. your mistake so fix it! then they lied and said their printing label for returns wasnt working - awful! then when finally sent it the post office couldnt accept it!!!!!! just a joke of a company! ombudsman it is.
Terrible customer service. Items arrived that were not consistent sizes. 3 of 7 garments were too big. When contacting customer service to ask for an exchange or refund were told they would not accept a return or exchange, despite the items being in their original packaging, with labels attached. Instead they suggested we gifted the items to someone else of a larger size!
Clothes are decent quality...if the sizes were remotely accurate...but customer service is HORRENDOUS! I ordered three golf polo shirts in size 3XL which according to their size chart were supposed to have 54" chests. All three I received had 50" chests. Over the next 24 days I exchanged 26 insanely frustrating emails with them as they requested the same photos that I already sent four different times and fed me a constant stream of BS. They wanted me to spend $23 to return the shirts (after spending $10 on shipping to receive them) and then they would decide if they would provide me with a refund. Only after my credit card company notified them I was disputing the charges did they return the purchase price of my purchase, but still refused to return the shipping charges. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER BUYING FROM THESE UNETHICAL CLOWNS AGAIN!!!
Exact same as every else reviewing here. Paid extra for quick delivery and no sign of any yet 5 days later. 1st and last time using them. Should have read the reviews here. They can't remain business much longer with these delivery lies.
As all the reviews on here ordered items for fathers day. 7 days before the event and 10days after ordering I am still waiting. Stop blaming evri and change you delivery provider. My opinion you just can’t cope with the amount of orders you are recieving. Fathers day ruined and the response was an automated one so guess everyone is in the same boat.
I ordered on Tuesday - Paid for Royal Mail next day delivery. It is now Friday and I have just heard that Evri have received my parcel for dispatch. Clearly just wholesale shipping with items on the website that they do not have in stock. Unacceptable to pay for a service you do not receive.
Absolutely shambolic, placed my order for 1-2 day delivery with Royal Mail because the other option was evri and I know they are useless. What do druids do? Charge me for the 1-2 day delivery but send it with evri. Now I have been waiting a week. My parcel is sitting the their depot and has been for days. When i tried to ask druids about this i have had zero response but they will happily email me about 6 times a day with deals
