Took 5 days to deliver what they promised in 2. Boxes were useless at that point. Also, deliveries for clothing boxes came separate (bars on one day, cartons 3 days later. Then said they would accept returns if I paid shipping from Germany to the Netherlands.I asked simply if they would ship on their rates, but they refused.Never use DS Smith in Germany!If you already ordered, refuse the delivery!
Oh look - two weeks later and still no money back for the delivery they botched. And they had the cheek to post on Facebook that the staggering scale and cost of damaged deliveries is causing immense frustration to customers over the sale season (in an effort to align themselves as the solution no doubt). What a joke! How about you learn how to even effect a delivery, before you start throwing stones in that glass house. Or are you forgetting that you asked a courier to take my item to a shop without my permission, sent the items back to yourselves and then refused to give me back the hefty delivery fee you'd charged me? Walking hypocrites. YOU are the cause of customers' frustrations.
