A pair of shoes had issues less than one year owning them. I sent an email to Customer Service, and received a quick response, followed by a satisfactory resolution (was given a gift certificate as original shoes in my size were not available). Duca del Cosma stands by their shoes.
Excellent shoes. Seriously. I played 18 in these right out of the box and the comfort, stability, and compliments received for the aesthetic were all 10/10.These shoes also are super easy to clean because of the leather, waterproof, material. I'm looking forward to many holes played in these for years to come.
