The delivery drivers were very helpful and polite. The customer service was excellent and efficient.
I was slightly disappointed with the product itself. There were too many pieces which could have been put together so much easier. There were two pieces missing and my husband ( who is a joiner) had to use his creativity and some of his own wood to finish it. The joining strips on the outside are visible. It looks nice but probably would not have paid full price for it.
I recently received my gazebo measuring 2.3 x 2.3, only to discover it comes with roof shed felt. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the green felt is complimentary. However, if I wanted the felt depicted in their photos on the website and in customer images, I would need to pay an additional £181.00. I was told the felt upgrade is available on the site, but I couldn't find it, and it was never mentioned by any representatives. Additionally, it's odd that you can call about orders and delivery times, but customer service is unreachable by phone! I urge others to be cautious about their practices; I am extremely frustrated with this experience.
I ordered a garden office and it arrived with missing components. With workmen on site, I sought a quick resolution but was informed that the support team only responds to emails. After multiple emails over the past two days, I've found them unhelpful and unresponsive. I'm still uncertain about the delivery of the missing parts. Instead of being proactive and solution-oriented, they expect me to decipher their confusing parts lists. Now, I have a partially constructed garden office and have incurred two days' worth of wasted labor. Furthermore, my half-built office has been exposed to the elements due to a missing wall while I wait for a response. It shouldn't be difficult to address this issue promptly. When I called to expedite the process, I was met with the same unhelpful response about only replying via email. When I mentioned leaving a negative review, their reaction was indifferent. I'm extremely disappointed given the amount I've invested in this service. The aftercare has been appalling.
I acquired a log cabin and am extremely pleased with the value considering the quality of materials. We assembled it ourselves, which was manageable with some DIY skills. I am genuinely happy with both the experience and the final product.
Overall satisfactory, though some details could be clearer. I ordered a gazebo, and the instructions should specify spacing between rafters, with all wood marked and numbered for easier assembly. Two parts were missing (screws for the first piece mounted to the wall), and some drainage options should be optional and clearly indicated. The instructions should also clarify rafter spacing. A major issue was the screws; none were flat heads, causing them to stick out and create gaps when decorative pieces were added. Additionally, if the base isn’t perfectly level, lifting one or two posts can be tricky since the provided brackets aren't long enough, requiring additional purchases. Aside from that, it’s good.
We purchased a cabin measuring 13x10'. The delivery was prompt, and the team organized the components for easy access during assembly. I managed to build it alone with minimal assistance over two days. The wood was defect-free, and everything fit together smoothly. My only feedback is that technical questions can only be addressed via email, which delayed my ability to resolve issues as they arose.
