Completely Ruined Sauna Purchase, Unrealistic Customer ServiceThis was a huge disappointment and nerve-wracking experience! On January 8th, my sauna costing 20,000 DKK arrived severely damaged – several wooden seating parts (5.1: 193547538) and the sauna heater (16) were smashed due to poor packaging during transport. I sent photos, videos, and wrote 10+ emails, documenting everything.The Home Deluxe team could not resolve it:First offered a 10% discount without legal responsibility.Then "100 euros" (ridiculous for such an expensive product).One month of waiting (from January 8th to February) for replacement parts and pickup, while they kept delaying.Could not guarantee delivery dates (e.g., by January 30th) nor that the next shipment wouldn't be damaged again.Mentioned a 2-year warranty, but practical help was zero – only stress, emails, and frustration instead of relaxation.I pointed out that they messed up the packaging, but they lowballed. I offered fair solutions (10-20% + new heater), but they rejected them. Eventually, it would have gone legal, but I gave up – don't buy from them!!!Avoid Home Deluxe if you don't want months of headaches! 😡

I had a frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order in August with a promised delivery in September. However, it was postponed to October, then to November, and finally to January. The customer service is rarely available, often citing meetings, and no one seems to know the status of my package or the reasons for the delay. I've decided to cancel my order; I'm done with this.
I regret having to leave this review, but I've had no response from the company, leaving me with no other option. A piece of wood from my sauna's base was missing, additional tiles were needed for the roof, and the delivery was too heavy for the tail lift, requiring manual unloading in parts.
I purchased a shower door at a fantastic price and quality. However, communication from the company was lacking. After waiting a week for my order, I followed up and received no reply for two days, but then my shower door arrived the next day. If they provided tracking information, I would rate this as five stars. I bought this for a location in Spain.
While the communication was lacking, with no email confirmation of my sauna order and money already taken, I wanted to know the delivery status to plan accordingly, but again there was no communication. After two days without a response from the contact form, I finally received an email after a phone call. The delivery was as scheduled, which is a relief, and everything arrived intact.
I've encountered various levels of poor service, but this situation was exceptionally frustrating. It began with an incomplete delivery, and the part that arrived was defective. The hassle with obtaining a refund dragged on for four and a half months, during which they initially agreed to send a replacement but then stopped responding. I don’t want to go into all the details, but I can confidently say it was a nightmare communicating with them. The only helpful part of their team was their social media staff.
UPDATE: My experience has been terrible! I paid a significant amount for a sauna on June 10 and have yet to receive it or a refund after multiple requests. After the initial order, it took eight weeks for a delivery service in the UK to contact us for a date. I reached out to the company multiple times during this period, but responses were delayed. The day before delivery, I was informed that it had been damaged in transit and needed to be returned. I contacted them immediately for a refund, but weeks later received a response saying they had a high volume of queries and to call them. I struggled with the automated messages due to language barriers and eventually got cut off. After raising a complaint via email, I still have not received a response! Following my review, they contacted me, but it's been ten days with no confirmation of a refund. I'm still waiting for my money back.
I advise against buying from this site! They are friendly and quick to respond when you have questions, but once you make a purchase, if there’s an issue (such as receiving the wrong model), they completely disappear. There’s no way to return the item or get a refund!
