The engineer (John Lennon 95E) arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and very professional. The job, replacement of a broken kitchen mixer tap, was undertaken quickly and efficiently. He tidied up and disposed of the old tap for us. Overall we were delighted with the service provided and would recommend to family, neighbours and friends.
Excellent job done by Alfie B of Dyno Plumbing. Leaking bathroom radiator valves had to be replaced which involved drain down of system. All work was carried out neatly and tidily and I was kept informed throughout. No complaints whatsoever and would recommend this company without hesitation. First class.
Having called out Dyno rod 4 times for the same fault with a drain at £60 a pop via British Gas home care these guys found the fault blocked drain in main drain had to bring a machine in to break up the cement the so called builder left when he put the new drain in last year guys were on time and left no mess and finally job done cost £250 on top of the 4 previous visits total cost £490 shame the previous teams could not diagnose the blockage unlike the last team took all of 10 min to locate the problem and try to fix it but had to come back two weeks later with a special machine well done guys and Thank You
Kai went above and beyond to make sure my pipe was fixed and even helped me sort out another colleague to come and unblock part of the pipe. He stayed until job was completed, tidied up after himself. I would like to add the lady I spoke to in the office arranged for gentleman to sort out blockage to arrive same day and he arrived within the hour. Absolute team work. Many thanks to all of them.
