The chap who worked on our blocked drain did an excellent job he did everything possible to clear the blockage and left it clean and tidy he even put disinfectant down to help it smell better I would recommend your company .

Jake Forster was the plumber and he located the problem and sorted it. He was the 3rd plumber to attend the problem, but the only one who fixed it. Very good at his job. Many thanks to him.
Steve came exactly when he said he would, was pleasant, worked efficiently and found the massive blockage by camera up the outside drain. Our plunger would of never worked! Typically it was a Sunday so we paid an extra premuim but glad it was sorted so quick.
Scott let me know when he would be arriving. He managed to unblock the drain without much fuss or mess and then tested the sink was draining and that there were no longer any leaks from the boiler or kitchen appliances. He was polite and friendly throughout his visit and good at explaining what he had done to solve the problem.
Service itself was a bit up and down. Was promised a evening call only to be told at 10.30 at night I'm not going to make it. My appointment was transferred to next day where a new one was arranged. The chap called and said he was on his way only to be told 10mins later that he had an emergency and would be delayed. I myself had sewage running down my path way which in my eyes was also an emergency. On the plus side the chap what did turn up was very polite and efficient and done a good job.
John came round within the hour to sort out the small leak on our pressurised water tank. It was installed as new by Dyno Rod in late October 2025. Sadly this was the second leak, so not at all impressed with the original fitter. However, John was excellent.
Excellent visit from Dyno plumber Jordan who resolved 3 issues the same on 3 separate toilets which were all leaking water at the back of bowl.
Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable on the task he had to do and explained the problems as he went along. All toilets needed washer replacement which luckily he had and got on to finish each task.
A great all round experience dealing with Jordan and more than happy to give a 10/10 for a 100% good job.
