Michael W replaced our faulty hot water tank, he was proactive in asking for photos the day before of the old tank & set up in order that he arrived prepared. On the day he was professional, polite & knowledgeable & reassured us that all will be ok. He was meticulous in protecting our property, he thoroughly tested the system & explained everything that he’d done. He also confirmed the fault in the old tank which British Gas had diagnosed & thus confirmed replacing the water tank was the fix required. Would happily recommend & use Michael again
Your engineer (Simon Frampton) from Dyno Rod did an excellent job in solving my problem he had to visit me twice as he needed to order spare parts which he sourced on the net whilst at my property he fitted them today and now I’m leak free Thank you
The service we received was absolutely superb; from our initial phone call, the problem was sorted in less than 4 hours.The people at the office were, polite, informative, reassuring and very helpful.We were updated a couple of times prior to the visit.The gentleman who attended was the same as the office and couldn’t do enough for us, again advising us on the problem, what he had done to rectify it and showed us the camera view; he is an absolute credit to your organisation, please thank him again on our behalf.
Would give more stars if I could!Stuart dealt with a horrendous backed up toilet blockage, not giving up, until it was cleared. I can't thank him and Dyno-Rod enough. Won't hesitate to call Dyno-Rod out again if I should need to. THANK YOU!
The engineer today Christopher was very thorough and did his very best to make sure that my job was finally completed. He explained what he had done and advised me to let the silicone set for 24 hours before using the toilet. He double checked several times before he left to make sure he was happy with the job he had done. I have confidence now that this visit today has now hopefully completed the job.
