Phoned and within 2hrs had an engineer at the door. Full review of drain condition including visual inspection with camera after an independent contractor had only been able to clear partial blockage as more specialist equipment was needed. Tony spent time to explain what was causing the issue with our drain and the condition of the join where the clay had cracked. Appreciated the discussion for future repair and cost estimations and of course that the entire blockage was now removed.
We had an emergency drain situation one evening and Dyno-Rod were absolutely superb. Jake, the engineer was an absolute delight. He was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job efficiently and with good humour. He arrived within two ours of our reporting it, even though it was late. He solved the problem and gave us advice on the state of the drains and how to avoid any future problems. All round fantastic service and would highly recommend.
