Dyno plumbing came to our home for an emergency under our insurance to fix a problem with our mains water into the kitchen (I had drill through it putting a cupboard up! It was buried in the wall 🙈) George Thompson the plumbing engineer rang when he was on his way and completed the necessary work in quick time.
We had a damp patch on the wall that the Dyno team investigated to find the source of the leak and subsequently fixed. The team (Kyle, Colin and Danny) were very professional, highly skilled and experienced. The team showed great care and carried out the project smoothly and communicated each step of the process very clearly. Once the leak source had been identified, replacing the pipe was a very challenging task due to access. The team with careful planning did a great job!Special shout to Danny for answering my endless questions, Colin for his brilliant sense of humour alongside his years of experience and Kyle for investigating and ensuring team had all the details and equipment ordered prior to their visit. Excellent end to end customer service overall!One consideration for the company to also think about to recommend decorators/painters who can re-do the wallpaper, finishing touches following plumbing team has finished their work.
Nick came out to repair a leak for us and was an outstanding professional. Not only did he do an excellent repair job but he was kind, compassionate and caring. My husband was very ill and he reassured me that he would not leave until he had resolved the issue. He worked quietly and respectfully explaining exactly what steps he needed to take. He took great pride in his work and it was abundantly obvious that he loved his job. An absolute credit to the company. I hope his managers appreciate him as much as I am sure all of his customers do. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Blocked drain to property. Easy to book for ‘that day’ appointment. Advised at the time of booking cost, including VAT. Operative gave me a telephone call when about thirty mins away. He was able to clear the immediate problem and check for the probable cause. And advise that was not under my property and to call Water Company.
