Our engineer lance from Chelmsford Dyno overcame the tricky problem of fitting a sure stop system, He had to fit a new stop to enable the system to work. He kept us informed along the way of what he needed to do and did a great job. We were very pleased
The first hint of trouble came when my toilet didn't drain after flushing, the bathroom sink wouldn't empty, then the bath. I tried flushing, plunging to no avail!Pete arrived within about an hour of logging the call. Rodding and plunging didn't work so Pete called in Jake with the hardcore power tools!!Jake arrived and they started pressure hosing which achieved some success. So then the camera went up from below as they suspected a collapsed drain. It wasn't that, so they power hosed up rather than down - SUCCESS!The guys were lovely, genuine people, knew their sh** (literally!) and they left the job complete, the bathroom cleaned and a happy customer. Thanks Pete & Jake, an excellent job.
