Chris called us to confirm his arrival and arrived bang on time. He was pleasant and courteous. He put a lot of thought into our problem and worked hard to deal with it. Everything seems to be flowing nicely at this early stage. We were very happy with the work that’s been carried out, and the price was reasonable and competitive.

Great experience with Dynorod this morning. They were here within an hour of reporting our issue. Ian called to say he was 20 mins away which was really helpful. He was very thorough and took into account we have vulnerable people on site so ensured health and safety was a priority. Would definitely recommend.

Called hadting home emergency in all fairness very quick reply from dyno rod. When i describe the issue i said it was a drop contained into a bucket. All the plimber needed to do was tighten one nut. He said that he was not allowed and woukd cut and cap the pipe. I told him not to and to leave it as is. He lied and said it was alreawy done. My daughter was there and he only started after our phone conversation just ignored me and cut the pipe. A tually creating more damage than was necessary. Ridiculous will never use dyno rod again for anything n commun sense or respect
