OMG!!! This is beyond pathetic service…. I transferred money to my mom 2 times and I had to wait for 3 days verification and they were asking me about my mom grandfathers grandfather name ?? Who would know??? Then I asked for refund - direct 5 days wait time… I transferred all I had to my mom she needed - she’s above 70 and she’s now waiting, money can’t be transferred can’t be refunded for 5 days… Where do I stand now. Nowhere… 😭😭😭😭I called myself donkey for using E& money to transfer yet again after 2 painful experiences….
I have had several bank accounts but I’ve been charged for a declined transaction on my card as e&money does. I called customer cares and she confirmed that they do charge in case ur purchase gets declined due to insufficient balance. 2aed is the charge. Am so disappointed. I deleted the card from my Apple Pay. Will use it only as last resort.
Extremely infeasible 👎🏼, would say total Rip off in simple words. They charge % for when loading card from debit card and even higher % when loading from credit card. They charge you 1.99 dhs each time you attempt to pay with insufficient balance. Expected behavior from Etisalat..
e& money is a total scam when it comes to refunds! I’ve been waiting over two weeks now and they keep lying with fake promises. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste replies — no action, no refund, nothing! This is pure frustration and zero accountability.If you value your money, STAY AWAY from e& money! Once they take it, getting it back feels impossible. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! 💸❌
My daughter is supposed to get her salary last September, we have raised the issue several times with these people upon confirming from her employer's CFO that the funds are transferred from their end. Everytime i called, they told me to wait for 5 days,only to be passed from an agent to another.This is the worst company I have encountered in Dubai. They should be held accountable for this. Unbelievable, pathetic service!!!!
Worst app , Transaction fees being charged for no service/failed service provided! Customer service are useless, they don't know anything about their services. Complaints are taking forever, all they do is send apology message. Worst of prepaid app so far. Never again!
I did not receive some remittance into my account and I badly need it,am very disappointed that it takes a lot of time for me to get it.I hope they do some upgrades about their service.It's very disappointing and upsetting .
