Worst app ever I transferred money from bank account to my e&money card and didn’t receive the money for 6 days now and I called the customer service and raised a complain and sent everything they asked for even a prove that the money was already deducted from the bank and yet the money was not transferred to my e&money they kept on telling me to wait and it will be solved , they ended up closing the complain and everything without getting my money back WORST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL
Worst app ever. I am planning to file a legal case against E&. I made a transfer of 1200 and the status is in progress when the transfer should be instant. Customer service created a ticket for my complain and say minimum time to resolve is 1day to max 5 days. My concern is that I need to make a credit card payment and I’ll be charged late payment fees because of this delay from E&. I will be filing a case to claim late payment charges from E& followed by recovering court fees for this issue caused by E&.I recommend using Careem Pay. It’s the best
Worst experience ever!!! Imagine sending (my accountability) money and didnt receive it under your Eandmoney. Same thing over and over again wherein YOU NEED to email the swift code to them instead of providing it on the phone. Sent the documents needed to get my money for like 20th times but no resolution and just going in circles. WORST OF THE WORST!!!
When I started using this card, it helps me in the internet in the but there is a 24hrs to 7 days delay in getting the money in the card. The service for refund if there is issue in gettting the money in the card is not good they promise to slove the issue in 2 - 5 days they took long time to refund the money. The process of transferring the money is not practical at all.
NOT EVEN 1 STAR! WORST APP AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! THEIR WEBSITE MENTIONS THE OPPOSITE OF HOW THEY HANDLE COMPLAINTS!!! WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR ANY EMAIL FROM THEIR SIDE, LONG LEADTIME, NO REFERENCE NUMBER GIVEN UNLESS YOU CALL THEM, VERY SLOW ACTION (AND YOU ARE ALREADY LUCKY IF THERE IS MOVEMENT!), NO UPDATES AT ALL, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE SAME SCRIPT, THEIR HOTLINE TAKES TIME TO CONNECT!! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!
Very bad service, my refund was initiated last 17 april but until now 5th may still haven’t received the refund. Customer service are telling you everyday its forwarded already to top management but still no result. So disappointed and will not recommend
