I am extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for the cards and received them with the wrong cards. Since I have been waiting for a refund, but nothing has been done. Despite calling more than 20 times not answering , all I get are empty promises and no response. I do not recommend this service to anyone. The fees are higher than any bank credit card, and the customer support is completely unhelpful

Stay away from this app called e&money😡😡 at a point it becomes very slow when sending that can stay on initiated for days without sending to wallet. Poor refund system, poor customer care responses 👎🏿Guys go use Taptap send, it’s even better than this garbage app

Delete the app asap

Whatever you do, do not use this app guys. I have a pending credit transaction for over 2 months and at the point of writing this review, nothing has been done. Just stay away for your peace of mind.

The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible, I've contacted them to either change my old number by the system or close the account and it's been 4 times that I've send them mails with attached my Emirates id everytime they give any excuses only.
