receiving money issues

Problems with their app, receiving money from your bank is a hit and miss, not much information and unreliable. If you need to speak to customer support either on chat or phone expect a wait of 30 to 40 mins.I won't use their service ever again.

I've transferred 10k AED to their new FAB account on 15th August. It is not yet credited in the wallet. The complaint number is open for more than a month and I did not get any updates from their team except false promises.
