Very worst service

It is truly disappointing to see the lack of efficiency and professionalism from the e& app team. I initiated an instant transaction on 15-Dec-2024, but to this day, the promised instant processing time has not been met. After enduring a lengthy wait and navigating through numerous procedures, I finally managed to connect with a customer service agent, only to be met with empty promises of a resolution within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours, and the issue remains unresolved, with no clear explanation provided for the delay.In this day and age of advanced technology and artificial intelligence, it is unacceptable to witness such incompetence in customer service. The outdated approach of prolonged waiting times and delayed issue resolution is simply not acceptable in 2024.It is important to remember that people who transfer money do so for urgent matters such as medical emergencies, essential payments, or legal obligations. The lackadaisical response and disregard for the urgency of these transactions is both unprofessional and irresponsible. If the e& app team is unable to meet the needs of its customers in a timely and efficient manner, then one must question the purpose of providing such a service. Holding onto customers' funds without providing the promised service is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the integrity of the company.In conclusion, it is imperative that the e& app team reevaluates its approach to customer service and prioritizes the needs of its users. Failure to do so will only result in further disappointment and frustration for those who rely on the app for their financial transactions.

I am extremely disappointed with the service

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for the cards and received them with the wrong names. Since November 2024, I have been waiting for a replacement or a refund, but nothing has been done. Despite calling more than 20 times and sending over 10 emails, all I get are empty promises and no response. I do not recommend this service to anyone. The fees are higher than any bank credit card, and the customer support is completely unhelpful.

Even a star is a lot for E&Money i will give a small review of the good and bad of E&Money 10 is the best.1. MoneyGram pickup transfer 10They are good is this.2. Call centre 0They hardly take your call and if they take one they are helpless in Egypt for Arabia and India for English.3. Email 0It's just a bouncing Email they never reply you simply simply advice you to call they call center.4. Refund from online Purchases 0They never Refund you it seems they no nothing if there was a refund if you are lucky to call them they will give you a case no and after a few weeks you receive a SMS saying case closed and if you call again the same will happen after few weeks.5. 1% cashback 0They offer a cashback which sounds great but in fact should not exceed 100 per month and you can only redeem 50 per day back into your credit so if you plan to buy a 50,000 watch you will still get only 100 as maximum 😜 .6. They are slow with everything except MoneyGram cash pickup only.7. IBAN trasfer works only AE UAE only it's seems their debit card is controlled by other Bank and that is why everything is messed with them and they are trying to expand very fast without any proper foundation.

The company is not helpful it takes ages to get a refund to your card and the customer service is useless they can’t help you you tend to call wait ages get out through to a call center where no one can speak English and are stuck for work day with no one able to help you I advise no one to use this application!! Stay away

My experience with eand money is so bad…

My experience with eand money is so bad my cheque bounced because of them , so I transferred money from my eandmoney account to my bank account and it was not credited I called the customer service and they told me to wait 5 working days. After 5days the call me to send an email and the money will be credited so I did and the money took another 3working days before it was credited. For four different times anytime I wil send money from my eandmoney account to my bank account it doesn’t credit on time I have to call the customer service and they will tell you same story to wait for 5working days. Am done with eandmoney . I have same issue on Wednesday called their customer service team yesterday September 6 ,2024. And the lady was rude to me I felt so bad and I was like my money and you are treating me this way?😢That’s all good.

It doesn’t require a star even the customer care are not eloquent they don’t understand the point only forwarding and updating the cases and promising for call backs They don’t reply to emails such a worst experience I hate the application and feel risk to engage with it hence forth Now on 2 cases within a month Scammers vs Frauds

This app has my 2700 with them for more than a week and still counting. But haven’t be refunded nor given to the receiver.I wish I came to read reviews here before downloading this app. They’re scammers from India . Please public stay away from them. You deal with them for your own risk

Money got deduct from account and they not return it

Paid by their card, the money got deduct but my bill didnt paid. Contact their customer service but received nothing but false promises. I have reached out multiple time regarding my money got deducted from my account but it failed to send to the destination.I talked to two agent on March 5th , they said the problem will be solve and my money will be return within 7-10 days.I talked to one male agent on March 11th 9:30am he promise that i will receive it latest on march 12thI talked to another agent at 4pm March 11th she said that i need to wait 5 weeks TO FILL ANOTHER COMPLAIN. Which is very conflict with what i heard from 3 other agents. So i request to talk to the supervisor. He promise he will talk with the back-end team and will call back to me LATEST 2PM March 12th.March 12th NO ONE CALL ME. So i called the CS number at 5PM, I meet a male agent he told me that the supervisor is not at the office - which make me wonder he promised to your customer and didnt do anything about it, so basically This SUPERVISOR lied to customer? And then he decided to hang up on me.Later on i call again and meet a female agent. She promised me that she already help me raise a request and the management team will call me latest 10am March 13th.No one contacted me until now, 14th of March. I called and talk to one agent on the phone but she saying that i need to wait 5 weeks for back-end team to update, when i asked update for what exactly she said wait so she can check the information properly (I already on the phone with her for 20 minutes at this point and she keep saying that dont worry some one will call you the problem will be solve but she hadnt even read my case's information yet?)
