Bad service

Bad service, bad communication bad customer service, they deduct money and reject the transaction on mall, after complaint now more than 1 month still they didn’t refund the amount.I would cancel the card and don’t prefer anyone to activate this card

I just noticed, everytime i deposit money to my account it always taking 5 aed per deposit amount. Example I will put 10 aed then only 5 aed will be credit to my account. Not good at all, they will give you discount or no fee charges if you'll send money through their services. But still not a good help for someone who earned with low salary. Definitely not for a low earner. They will take your money only. Better the other apps that I know, its ok to pay 8 aed per money sent but they will not taking any dirham upon doing cash deposit to your account.

E&e money has the worst customer…

E&e money has the worst customer service. I sent money home for an emergency on the 9th October and up to today the money has not yet been remitted five days later. All attempts to escalate the matter to their support team have not been fruitful. They are a law un tothemselves and one feels totally helpless. Their service sucks. What on earth is this.

Worst of the worst app Ive been…

Worst of the worst app Ive been encountered. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL. Imagine they are telling to expedite or should we say speed up. But nothing happens. I spoke with several agents. Namely, Sara, Ali, Ahmed, Meagan. One of them give me wrong information. And lastly, I spoke the manager. The manager told me it could take up 120days. Wow like wow. To e& I hope you will not encountered the same issue in the future because if you do. It would be Karma at all. By the way , the name of the Manager is Reesa Atya.

Worst app ever

Worst app ever! Transaction fees being charge for no service/failed service provided! Customer service associates are too stupid, they don't know nothing about their services. Complaints are taking forever, all they do is send apology message. Worst of prepaid app so far. Never again!

Don't trust it anymore

I use to trust it whenever you sent money it was delivered instantly but now l send money on the 2 of September. Until today .that is the only money l had fir my mother's hospital she in the hospital I would not recommend anyone to use this app Please process my money before my mother dies😭😭😭😭

1stly the customer service is helpless,they can't communicate in English,secondly the app state that the refunds take are made within 7 days and yet it's 2 weeks I have not gotten my money.... scammers!
