I bought the bow bread knife as a gift for a close friend who is an experienced sourdough baker, and she absolutely loved it! My only concern was with the shipping time and tracking of the package, but the support team addressed my concerns promptly. They worked with me until everything was sorted out. The representative was incredibly kind and courteous. I highly recommend this service, but just keep in mind the shipping and tracking process.
I placed an order that shipped from California a few days later. After a week under USPS control, I was informed that the package was seized by the post office due to counterfeit postage, as indicated on their own tracking page. I couldn't reach anyone via the provided phone number, and there was no response to my text messages (their voicemail suggests texting). I sent an email but received what seemed like an automated response advising me to contact USPS and possibly settle any fees. I'm still waiting for a reply regarding my refund request. This has been a frustrating experience. I've never encountered a situation where a company faced accusations of counterfeit postage, so I saved the screenshots for my records. Unfortunately, I can't share them here.

I purchased this knife for my daughter, and she was overjoyed to receive it. She FaceTimed me as she unwrapped it. It appears to be high quality and exactly as described. Additionally, the customer service was fantastic when I had an issue with the delivery address. They promptly corrected it and rerouted the knives to the desired location.

My daughter received this knife as a wedding gift. For Thanksgiving, she baked a sourdough loaf and brought her knife. It's truly remarkable! It slices without squishing and glides through the crust effortlessly. You can easily choose the thickness of the slice. Plus, it comes with a removable cover for safety, making it perfect to keep next to your bread. I bought three for Christmas gifts! (Now, I just need to convince my daughter to bake her beautiful loaves so I can give the knives with the bread! ☺️ That would be the perfect gift!)
My parcel arrived in good condition, and I started changing the blade for left-handed use. The blade is incredibly sharp, as my partner and I discovered. He needed a band-aid halfway through! Once set up (the screws require quite a bit of turning), I used it on a sourdough loaf, and it sliced through beautifully. Very satisfying! Thank you!
This was my second order from the seller in the last year. Unfortunately, my latest order went missing due to the delivery service in my area. All inquiries with them were futile and unhelpful. However, when I reached out to the seller, they were extremely supportive. A representative took charge of my issue and promptly sent replacement knives. Since they were meant as Christmas gifts, it was time-sensitive. The replacements arrived yesterday, along with an extra gift from the seller for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated this gesture. Would I recommend this seller? Absolutely. These knives are fantastic for cutting sourdough, far superior to my old bread knife.
