I booked a same day appointment yesterday over the phone and was told a form would be emailed to me

I booked a same day appointment yesterday over the phone and was told a form would be emailed to me to fill in before I arrived. This form never came. I arrived at the Shepherds Bush clinic on time. I was told that I had not filled in the form yet and informed who I thought was reception staff person I never received it. He started to go down a corridor and I asked should I follow or sit here. He said to follow I went into the room and I then asked who he was and stated he would be doing the procedure. No introduction. He asked me to verify my details on his phone and noticed that there was a error with my email address and also my phone number, hence why I had not received either messages/form. And he mentioned another client had also had their details not put in correctly. Then he brought up the form on his phone and went through it with me as this had to be done before the procedure started. This took up some of my booked time and the process did fill a little rushed. I had to ask for tissue at the end of it as my ears still felt not completely clear. I went to pay cash for the reminder balance and was then told that they did not have change and that card payment was preferred. I was not told this over the phone when booking. Yes my ears were cleared, but the service was not thee most professional at all.

I would avoid using this company.

I would avoid using this company.I'd just like to be clear that I have not used their services, but after one phone call, I would NEVER use this company. I'm not sure whether they are subcontractors or not, but their website certainly doesn't portray what they actually offer.Firstly, they claim to have 45 branches around the UK. They might, but I'm not sure.Secondly, according to their website, they CLAIM to be open 7 days a week. This is crap. I called them to book an appointment for today (Sunday). After giving the person my postcode, the person I spoke to said, "There are no available appointments for today." It was only after asking her very simple questions that she told me that they are closed on a Sunday. In reality, they are only open to recieve calls during the times on their website.Thirdly, and this is the crazy part, when I chose the branch closest to me, I was told that they were only open for 2.5 hours on the Monday. Then 3 hours on a different day. I then asked about a different branch and got the same kind of reposnse. Different times on different days.HOW CAN ANY BUSINESS ONLY BE OPEN FOR 2.5 HOURS ON A MONDAY???How about being honest on your website as to what you actually offer?

Earwax.org.uk wax removal

I booked today at 10 a.m. an appointment for my right hand ear wax removal and got it for 11 a.m. at King Cross location. Very easy to book and straight forward. Muhammad attended me at 11 o'clock, no delay. The experience has been very good with no pain. Muhammad has been professional and friendly explaining me all the steps of the process.The price is also very good.I recommend earwax.org.uk (Muhammad/ King Cross branch)for a professional and easy procedure.

Shocking service

Muhammad Aiwass, at Twickenham, King Street branch, did a great job for my ears. The microsuction is way ahead of the old syringing I had before and elsewhere. He is a cheerful fellow - he showed me the excavations - and is full of advice. Recommended.
