Easi provided us a quote, which included the Minor Damage Repair protection service. We accepted this quote, and requested they send it through for our signature.They sent through a different quote - but only slight differences. The main figures all were identical, including the overall per fortnight cost, so we didn't see that they had removed the Minor Damage Repair cover.We then went to request a repair of a small mark on our 2 month old car, and they said "you didn't get that included".It has been over a month since we first raised the request and we aren't any closer to a solution. There seems to be a lack of care, and no accountability has been taken beyond admittance of a mistake by Easi.I have to follow up constantly, there is no proactive communication or any ETA or expected resolution provided. Poor experience.Very disappointing, and would recommend caution - carefully compare any quotes you receive and agree to with the one they actually send for signing.Edit: changed to 3 stars (up from 2) because the resolution in the end was good. I would have been 5 star happy with this as a solution if it was done up front - accountability taken while explaining what happened and how it would be resolved for us. Just a shame it took so long and that the first person we had to speak to didn't seem to care in the slightest.

Stan Write has been amazing through the whole process; I purchased a Hi end vehicle on hire purchase finance, due to where I am situated, I reached out to Stan about placing an already financed vehicle onto a novated lease which I thought you wouldn't be able to do.
