Im new to novate lease option. Kane was amazing in answering all my questions, kept me in the loop as to where the process was up to. Was very happy to answer any questions I had. I've had several car leases over the years with different leading companies, and Easi was by far the best to deal with (the clue is in the name!!). Dean and team were responsive, helpful and provided excellent service including over the Christmas break. Even the car dealership was impressed.

This is the worst novated company. They took over kooya novated leasing and ever since then the communication to get something solved always takes at least 48hours. I paid my residue at the end of the lease and I have to chase up the ownership papers. I’m still chasing them after last payment August 25. I actually just remembered I didn’t recieve any acknowledgment that they received my last residue payment. I just finished ringing them again and again I have to wait 48hours to see if they have received my payment. I said lady I’ve paid and I just want to know the process. Not happy but I will come back with the outcome in a few days. Hopefully it’s a successful update
