Following up on my earlier feedback, the clothing sizes are significantly oversized since everything is categorized as one-size items. The final sale items are not clearly marked on the website, in the shopping cart, or in the confirmation email. I recently ordered from another platform where the final sale was clearly indicated from the start, ensuring I received the correct size without needing a return. After being informed that my item was final sale, which was not stated anywhere, the support team refused to assist me as a new customer. It was only after I left a negative review that I was pressured by customer service to remove it in exchange for a one-time courtesy. The company should have simply provided the courtesy without conditions instead of withholding the shipping label until I retracted my negative feedback. This message aims to highlight the issues with customer service for not accurately listing items and for attempting to manipulate feedback for a first-time courtesy. Additionally, be aware that if you return anything for store credit, there will be a charge, while it seems customers in Canada receive different treatment. Congratulations on being a disappointing company.
