With a loft filled with years of unwanted items, it was reassuring to know they would handle the removal. The two team members were friendly and accommodating. The insulation work was completed efficiently. They also returned the items we chose to keep back into the loft. The follow-up from the service to check on the work was appreciated. The insistence on both householders being present at the survey seemed unnecessary. The sales process deteriorated with a follow-up call for another inspection that was redundant. I later reached out for the detailed quote I had requested, which is still pending. The lack of communication suggests this was an over-specification and an unjustifiable expense. A waste of everyone’s time.
