Review Time
The ordering process was simple, the shipping was great, the frame was of decent quality , but the canvas print was not good at all. The pixels are evident making it look cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. It may have looked better if I had ordered a smaller print, but it looked fine online and there was no warning that pixels were too large or couldn't be enlarged. I'm disappointed.
I was nervous after reading reviews and price seemed too good to be true, sent in what were (to be fair) sub par quality pics and hoped for the best. What I received blew me away! Not only was shipping super fast but picture quality was amazing and overall quality impressive! I will FOR SURE order from here again and encourage you to give them a try!
Easy enough to use but scammy predatory upgrades/sales taticts made it feel gross to complete the transaction. Will update review after receiving the canvas. No way in God's green earth a 16x20 should cost you 150+ bucks so the "discount" is a farce too. *Update, recived canvas. Its nice nothing bad to say about the quality other then my own mistake of not picking a better qualitypicturewith higher resolutio.*
Sent 2 vibrant sharp jpg photos and got back faded, blurry garbage. Not even a partial refund because they were "custom". Everything they do is custom! Buyer beware! They don't stand behind their product or their processing. Avoid. Walmart did better.
ordering and delivery was very easy and quick. However, the print quality was lacking. the darker shades all blended together into one dark mass. My image lost quite a bit of detail in the print. Unless you have a picture with a lot of contrast, don't expect a lot of detail in the darker shades
