I ordered a metal print as a Christmas gift, but it arrived completely blurry. I've ordered from various companies before, and they usually alert me if the image quality is insufficient, but this company did not. Additionally, the print was scratched and poorly packaged. My experience with customer service was also frustrating, as it was closed when I tried to reach out. I will be seeking a better company for my next order.
This was truly a disappointment. I ordered a family photo, but it arrived blurry and of poor quality. I also paid for an additional wall hanging system that was supposed to be attached before shipping, but that didn't happen. I reached out via email, got one response, and then was completely ignored!
I placed an order totaling $115.58 and received an email on December 12 stating they couldn't fulfill it and would issue a refund. As of December 31, I still haven't received the refund after multiple calls. Initially, I was told it was processed and would arrive in 72 hours, then that it was processed incorrectly and would need to be done again. After being told it would be expedited, I still received nothing. BEWARE!
This website feels like a scam. They advertise certain prices, but those change at checkout. They claim 'free shipping' but just inflate the item prices instead. The quality of the picture was terrible. They blamed my low-quality image, despite not warning me about the size and scale affecting the result. The refund policy is also inadequate, offering me only a fraction of what I paid. Customer service seems outsourced and unhelpful. I won’t be using this service again.
I was initially skeptical about placing an order due to the prices, but upon receiving my canvases, I was moved to tears! The shipping was incredibly fast, the packaging was secure, and the canvases were stunning and exactly what I envisioned. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with the service!
I ordered on December 8, believing I'd receive my items in time for Christmas based on the advertisement. After choosing economy shipping for $19 for three small canvases, the delivery date was pushed to December 29. When I contacted them, I was told I could pay more for quicker shipping. Their fees reached up to $70 for an order that was only $49. My order didn’t ship until December 29, and I was told less than a week before Christmas that I could cancel and reorder with higher shipping costs. This company does not seem trustworthy. Beware.
This company sucks- I have tried for 2 days straight to print a calendar. Hours of photos and edits for 2 days- only to put the calendar in the cart- go back to review it before purchase, well, larwd and behold the whole calendar reverted back, not once, but twice. I even called the useless customer service. They were no help at all. They don't even have a save button. WTH I've decided to go with another company and will never use this business again. A Waste of my damn time. Guess I'll be doing the calendar for a 3rd time elsewhere.
I ordered canvas printed images, coasters, and pillows. The canvas printed images were colorful, and mimicked the image I uploaded. The coasters were bright, except for one, a Santa face was darker than what I expected.The pillows were overstuffed, and crucial parts of the images were lost around the edges of the pillow. The front view of the preview images was what I thought I was purchasing. I ordered 12 pillows, and all of the printed images were too big to look like the previews. I asked the company to reprint them to look like the preview images. The answer I got from Shay, customer representative, is that she had spoken with the art department, and they said that "reprinting the pillows would not solve the problem."How can an art department, with access to current technology, not be able to shrink an image to at least provide what was offered in the preview image? Basically, that is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT when something other than what is ordered is delivered. I asked for reimbursement for the pillows, and they offered me $90.00. However, I paid 16 dollars plus tax and shipping for each pillow. 12 pillows cost me $204.00 How is $90 adequate reimbursement?I'd upload proof of my claims, but this review form conveniently lacks the ability to do attach a picture.I will fairly retract this review if the company agrees to reimburse me fully, or if it reprints the pics smaller on the pillows so an ear or a hat are not cut off, And, I have to say, Shay politely conveyed the message to me by email, so company policies are not her fault. She's just the messenger.
Ordered calendar, uploaded pictures. Received all blanks- claiming that never received uploads. Asked to re-print but was told that I have to pay for shipping again. Tried to cancel the order - only 80% refund offered. Phone support person was ignorant to my needs and kept repeating the same "tune" over and over. After useless 10 minutes talk, told them to keep the money. Hopefully use it for good cause
Just received my canvas from Easy Canvas Prints and I am obsessed! It exceeded my expectations in every way — the colors are stunning, the quality is fantastic, and the price was so much better than other places I looked. I will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend!
