I just attended Julia's "Get Consistent with Nutrition" workshop and totally recommend it! I loved her vibrant energy, real life examples, and definitely had a few lightbulb moments in regards to the best way to approach my goals. I can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does and is fully committed to her clients and their success!
I did the Get Consistent with Nutrition workshop last week and it helped me so much in all areas of my life this week! I change things up constantly seeking the “right” way to do something and I kept hearing Julia in my brain saying “continue” and it helped me through those moments and helped me stay the course of my plan and be consistent.
This was a great intro to what Julia has to offer! I wrote down a few notes throughout the call and what really stuck out to me was the idea of adaptability instead of perfection. I often get stuck *starting* because I don't feel like I can do something perfectly, here's to trusting myself and committing, because it is worth it!
Julia led such a great workshop! I walked away with many insights and new perspectives on how to look at the habit of consistency. You can really sense how much she is rooting for you to step out and live that life you've dreamed of having but doubt could happen. I absolutely recommend this!
The knowledge that Julia dropped in the Get Consistent challenge was amazing 🔥🔥 I feel like I can start becoming consistent in a simple, practical approach and without feeling overwhelmed. She had so much great information to share with us to guide us to truly start creating change and consistency in our life.

Julia has helped me find balance, confidence, and consistency in my habits. Through her recommendations, we worked together to unlock a self-talk that empowers me to own my relationship with food. Beyond that, her lessons are also relevant in my day-to-day activities (work, errands, etc.) because it truly is all interconnected. I can definitively say that Julia has helped me become a better version of myself, and hope that everyone is lucky enough to work with her and achieve those same results
I'm so glad I made this investment of working with Julia. She is so knowledgeable about the science of all things nutrition. Her program sets you up for success by giving you all the knowledge and tools you need to meet whatever your goals are while not feeling deprived. I'm excited to start a second round with her group coaching program to continue teaching my goals.
